Yeast whisperer and Beer Guru
Daniel has a Master degree on Anthropology, and started the homebrewing studies in 2010, being certified as Technical Brewer (Senai; Vassouras-RJ, Brazil) in 2013. From 2014 to 2017 worked at Cevada Pura (Piracicaba-SP, Brazil), where started as brewer assistant and became the head brewer.
Favorite Mean Sardine beer: Imperial Stout Pinot Noir 2016.
Memorable beer: Has printed on the soul the freshness of Ungespundet Mahr´s (Marh´s Bräu- Bamberg).
